Key moments

In the past few weeks we have sent out confirmations of the reservation requests received so far for the 2020 season. We are very happy about that, as a well prepared season is very important for RSR Dockings.

As an addition to the confirmations, we would like to remind all RSR customers that an RSR key is required for easy use of our dockings.

Ships that have an existing reservation at an RSR docking but do not yet have a key can order one quickly and easily by e-mailing us at contact@rsr-dockings.com. Please note that keys should be ordered four weeks in advance to ensure they arrive on board on time.

We are of course aware that seasons rarely go 100% according to plan, and that changes often need to be made, so we too make every effort to react flexibly to changes. We are in close contact with the towns and cities in which we have docking facilities. In the event of a last-minute reservation, RSR Dockings can attempt to have the relevant facility unlocked for a keyless vessel.

Since this short-notice service incurs costs, however, RSR Dockings reserves the right to charge the responsible party a fee of 50.- euro.
